I'm Oleg, born and raised in Lithuania, and for the last 25+ years, I've called Riga, Latvia home. I consider myself a citizen of the world! Apart from my passion for all things HR, I indulge in traveling, sports, language studies, and dancing. With visits to 40+ countries, fluency in 6 languages, and over 30 years of dancing experience, exploring cultures and movement is a big part of my life.
Professionally, I've devoted over 15 years to HR. My journey began at McDonald's, where I spent a total of 13 years, climbing the ranks to serve as the Director of HR & Training for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia for 5 years. For the past 6 years, I've been part of Entain, one of the largest iGaming companies globally, holding the role of Group Head of HR for Baltics & Nordics business.
